Soil temperature question
From a CRC Cultivator:
Dr. Bugbee told, soil temperature should be between 25 and 30 degree celsius.
Should it be during the whole life in that range?
And where should it be measured?
Top, bottom or in the middle?
And somewhere near the stem, or between stem and edge of the pot?
I am using airpots and air circulates around the whole pot, also under the bottom.

That range represents the optimal temperature range for roots, which wont change based on age of the plant. I would measure soil temperature where the majority of the roots are, since the temperature will be higher closer to the top of the pot versus the bottom. Personally, I like to take a few measurements and get an average, but I would stay away from the edges
